My brother had initially not a pleasent experience where he was refused for returning money for not meeting the commitment at one of the well known sliming center in Jaya nagar but later on he was impressed with the head of the center who took the matter professionaly and agreed to refund the 90%of the amount within three working days. My brother was really happy with the wau how the situation was managed by the center business head. My brother's view for the center changed from ugly to really good experience. In fact he is plaaning to join the center again for Gym/Arobics and he himself don't want any commitment from the center. I could see my brother is really happy now.
