The shop-owner does not understand the ''essence of time'' & the meaning of ''customer satisfaction'' at all. For a single blouse or dress one has to visit the shop at least four times, if not more. Then also, it will not be ready for delivery & the customer has to wait for the shop owner (as this is kind of 'one-man show') & ''on the spot alteration''.
The shop-owner is extremely arrogant & ill-mannered.
Also, the money you pay & the quality you get, is not worth.
''Lady Pink'' is a much better shop in terms of quality & professionalism & popularity.
