I do fully agree with Rahul. Such an irresponsible & careless agency, I have never seen in my life. Don't know how an organization like BP gas can afford to continue with such an useless party for such a long time. I'm totally fade up with their services. Neither their phone lines response properly, nor do their office staffs are capable to communicate with the customers with any sense of commitment.
