We made a driver booking with number 1071192. They kept mum until half an hour before the time and then called to say there was no driver available. I don't see the point in making a driver booking well in advance if they wait until the nth moment to inform us that they will not be able to send a driver. They didn't even have the grace to suggest an alternative time( I would have been ok with waiting a bit). Ridiculous, completely unreliable service. We are quite disappointed. I will not make a booking with them again for any important occasion.
