I had a very bad experience with the staff at Skipper shop in Nagarjuna Circle in Hyderabad. I had made an advance payment for the measurement of the furnishings. However, when I checked the rates of the material at Skipper and of other shops, I realized, Skipper was charging almost 200% more on the products. I could make out that it was meaningless to buy the products from Skipper shop and wanted to get a refund. Despite my arguments, the staff would not bother to understand my point and refused to refund my money. In fact the staff became rude, specially the Shop Manager, who in fact accused me that this is exactly what she expected me to say and I was making an excuse. The only option that was left with me was to buy another product. So I picked a product and the Shop manager taunted me that it is beyond my budget, which was absolutely inappropriate for the manager to say. In fact, I am getting the same brand at a much better price from a different shop. I am not going to stop here, I am in fact going to the consumer court for this for wrong practices.
