Guys, never ever choose Alpha computers for your desktop/laptop repairs. They are the most un-ethical service providers I have ever seen. I had spilled tea on my laptop and there was some issue with I/O. I gave my laptop for servicing to this vendor. I got my laptop back after 20 days and they were not able to service it. At last I thought of getting it repaired from DELL itself. DELL technician came to my house and told me that all the parts were removed from my laptop - (motherboard, LCD, Processor, Hard disk) and were replaced by the old (non-functional) parts. When I spoke to Alpha computers, they simply washed their hands and didn't accept their fraud. Please BE CAREFUL while choosing this vendor - for both servicing as well as buying new products. They are cheats and should pay for this.
