Hi. i am a student in bangalore. I went to this branch of ICICI to get information on a few of their products as part of my understanding for a college research and the employees here were very rude, they could have either said yes or no for giving me the information instead they were very rude and litreally pushed me out of the bank. there is no co ordination between the control room and employees. the bank should improve their customer relation. this was a very bad experience for me so i wanted to share it.
