This is regarding with the purchase of my Blackberry Curve 9360 (bill# ;434),amount:17600 at Tollygunj,NSB bose road,kolkata,
which I encountered defect & immediately i returned it to the store on 5th of may 2012 & Blackberry service center already approve next day.
Till date I have neither received my new phone nor any guarantee of the same.Kindly help me on the same ASAP or else please refund my amount as I have been told that they don't know when the fresh piece will come.
