My MAc laptop that I had picked up form the US went bust one evening last week. I called up iMagine and wanted to know how long it would take for them to trace out the issue. It was made evident to me that it would take 24 hrs. Having wanted some data urgently, I really did not have the heart to leave my laptop with them for 24 hrs. I reached the shop and was promptly issued a token to wait for my turn. I waited for abt 15 minutes before my turn came over. The guy who looked into the issue referred the issue to a service engineer. Think his name is "Tharun". He gave a look to the laptop, said he would solve the issue in just 10 minutes when I explained to him that I could not leave my laptop for 24 hrs. During that time he tried to get my laptop up, he had noted several issues which were known to me too. I really want to thank them for the immediate service. Best of all Tharun did spend abt 15~20 mins and the previous engg too had taken time to see what the issue was, but I was not charged. Tharun suggested that I leave the laptop for service after having backed my data and sent the happy me out. Great professional service. Def 5 stars from me and now laptop will go for teh service that is due. Thanks iMagine.
