I visited this store to buy i ball Raaga speakers on May 19, 2012 after I found their deal on www.compareindia.com. As far as the price was concerned, it was the best in the market. However, the shop owner, Rakesh and other staff were mechanical in their approach. Building rapport with customer, being friendly, discovering your needs were alien terms to them.
There is a good chance that you might hear them speak foul language in front of you. The product was good enough and free of any defects (Thank God!) If you are looking for a good deal, then this shop is for you. They also charge 2% extra of the price if you decide to pay by card. Carry your own bag as they do not provide one.
One last thing, be sure to call them twice before you visit their store as the stock might not be readily available. Overall, my experience with them was not a pleasant one and that would make me hesitate to return to this store again. I would be happy to order such products online where you get much better deals!
By the way, did I tell you that they charge Rs.100/- if you wanted a demonstration? Happy Shopping!
