I had a problem with Washing Machine . The cleaning unit was moving one direction only . Earlier the spin was clockwise as well anticlockwise for better cleaning . I called Homecare and the engineer Sashi came promptly in the morning when i told him that i have to go to office at 10:00 AM . He diagnosed the problem and also old me to take care of Rats as it appears that rats have gnawed the wiring resulting in the problem .
