I too had a very bad Experience with these guys. I booked a Taxi 12 hours prior to the actual pickup time. This was for taking my father to the hospital who has had an operation. The actual pick up time came and there was no call either from the driver or from Bharathi. When i rang them up to check the booking status, they said the they would arrange for someone. I tried ringing up the driver and there was no response. I called up the complaint number and there was no proper response. these people put on hold and dont respond properly. After more than 30 mins after the pickup time, They call up to say that there is no vehicle available. I had to miss the doctors appointment for my father who was in so much pain. Please dont use this service.
