The entire experience with H2H Packers & Movers suck. They say something, quote something and charge something else.
We had used them to transport to Bangalore. And it was a pathetic experience.
They had blocked our entire stuff in some warehouse in outskirts of Bangalore for 2 days. We had to go there and get the stuff, hire the labor and get to our home back. And the state of the things were simply pathetic.
All the boxes, literally all the boxes were ripped open, we had to pack them up again in the warehouse. Over 40% of the things were broken or lost.
We also made the mistake of sending a bike with them, and it has returned with a huge DENT, enough to cost at least 8,000 Rs to fix it.
The total damage was over 80,000 Rs and when we asked for Insurance that they assured while giving a quotation, they just refused, that there is no Insurance.
Please do not use H2H packers http://www.h2hpackersmovers.com/ EVER NEVER. Even if they deliver your stuff for free. They simply don't know how to handle hard earned things.
They have absolutely no customer service. After packing and loading your things they Forget that you ever existed. There representative here in Bangalore said and I quote "Our target is to pick up orders, delivery is secondary that we can do whenever we wont!!!".
They stopped picking up your calls when you ask for the status. They promise to deliver the things on a fixed date and lapse that by over 5 days !
Dont ever try them !!!!
