Hi Lahari Resorts, I have spoken to Vani the marketing person regarding our visit to Lahari Resorts. She had promised discount of taxes as we are from Co-operate (Convergys) and latter we wanted to confirm the same and she had changed her word in a spam of couple of days and she had spoken very rudely and WITHOUT culture. The behaviour of hers is NOT at all professional. This is very BAD and UNaccepted behaviour more over she had challenged to complain to the higher management. I do NOT understand such rash behaviour marketing persons how can the Lahari Resorts afford. How can irrational behaviour and UN-professional persons come into this field. Is this way the customer get treated ??? Due to her we have cancelled our trip to Lahari Resorts and I will NOT recommend to any of our colleagues and friends. Please do remember that since the customers are paying money these people are getting their salaries. Lahari Resorts I request you to please teach your marketing persons how to respect and honour the customers. I will post this feedback in the internet (forums) about this. At least the other customers would beware of these kinds of persons of Lahari. Regards, Sreekanth Gade
