Recently visited this place for mothers day, with hungry mothers and kids. Drove long distance to reach this place, to taste North Karnataka delicacies.
Quite a let down though.
Service is extremely poor. We waited ~30 minutes to find a table. We were offered a table across the elevator which was a high traffic area (it was like an aisle). The waiter spilled water on the table hence which was not cleaned properly (on the table, on the sofa, on the ground); we had to vacate and wait all over again for the table!
When we were finally seated, it took really long to start serving us food whilst we noticed our neighbors (who came in late) served promptly. When the service started, the waiters missed many items. The two different types of lunch menu's were not explained, but finally when we opted, most of the items from the menu were not served. Food tasted average btw, and had to wait for long for 2nd serving.
The senior guy (like the bell captain in big restaurants who waits the table) was rude with 'take it or leave it attitude'.
Finally, we met the manager at ground floor, who was very humble and patiently listened to our complaint. Promised to address it and literally begged to forgive the bad service. We pity him - 'coz of his staff at restaurant.
Find alternate places; definitely not worth the visit (in CBD, with hell lot of parking problems), especially during special occasions and weekends.
