Meera, I'm here on a visit from Canada and was browsing online for sports stores when I came upon this store and as is our habit I decided to read the reviews before I start shopping. My son plays soccer for Canada and he is on the 'under 14' age group team. He participates in international tournaments and is an elite player. I was reading your comments Meera and I feel that what Anil did and said is right. I have shopped for sports goods for my son in London, Spain, Portugal, Middle East, Canada, US and Paris, to name a few and the general rule is 'you have to return the damaged goods before you start claiming a new one in return'. I'm not trying to take sides Meera, but am sorry to say that you are incorrect and that Anil can only help you if you co-operate with him, he too has his limits. Indian stores work differently and not like Canadian stores where you get a replacement immediately with ho questions asked even if you have damaged the goods that you purchased. Time is definitely an essence when it comes to your daughter's swim classes but won't it be easier that we follow the rules and wait while the store gives you a replacement. And why are you worried about returning the damaged swimsuit, if it wasn't you that damaged it after purchased? I hope you understand Meera and I sincerely hope that you co-operate with Anil and get a new one without any more hazzles. Take care and all the best for your daughter's swim class. God bless.
