one of the worst service I have ever experienced. I bought Samsung Galaxy ACE Plus mobile worth of about Rs. 16,000 from this store. they were supposed to give me Bluetooth along with the mobile instrument (as per the Samsung offer) within 4 working days from the date of purchase of the mobile. Today even after one month of the purchase of the mobile I have not received my bluetooth. I have followed up with the store for more than 6 times in last one month. personally i visited the store for four times for follow up. everytime the team administrating the store is committing some date and then default. they even do not have a curtsy to call back and update us the status.
They seems to be unreliable. even once i have discussed this matter with some senior manager (as per them) over phone who had also committed the delivery in 2-3 working days but once again it was a false commitment.
