Very ironic, the review above. I recently moved to Defense Colony and live, literally across the market. I ordered some rations at about 3pm, one of the owners / employees who took my order told me that it would take an hour. 3.5 hours later it still hadn't come and upon calling again, they sent the wrong order. When i told them this, they were obnoxiously rude and said they cannot send it again (despite being literally 40 metres away). I asked to speak with the owner, but the clerk / worker was extremely rude and said the owners didn't want to speak to me. And all this after, i order worth at least Rs 3000-5000 every 10 days from them.
Never Again. Arrogance is not what you expect from a service provider and the entire work force in this store is more arrogant than anyone in any store i've ever seen before.
