Dear Sir,
A news item has been appeared in Dainik Bhaskar, Jaipur Edition (Page No.3 Col. 1) of today i.e. 21st June, 2012, in respect of non-feeding of widow & paralized mother by the sons is not based on the true evidences, baseless and false atall, whereas the mother in all respect responsible for this all. The journalist, who has gathered the information of the above news has not confirmed fully and relied upon the information, whatever made available to him by my mother & mainly my younger brother, who is a man of criminal mentality and a characterless person, who is of all bad habits except liquor, who can even not be taken to a gentle family. He is pressurizing my mother just for sake of snatching money by hooks or crooks or by any means.
I have been defamed for the crime, which I have not committed and that too prior to decision pronounced by the Hon'ble Court. However, the next date of hearing of this case is 4th July, 2012 for submission of the reply. The news item has been appeared without confirming / verifying the facts of the case, which is ruining the image / credibility of your news papers, which can not only spoil the peaceful life of a respectable family.
If I am called or given a chance of hearing at your end, I am ready to submit / produce the xerox or original documentary evidences of my favour, for which I have not been given even a single chance prior to publishing the news, which has spoiled my family peace and spoiled the life.
