Emson Staff of Mumbai Central Branch is the worst staff. They do not reply or attend the phone call. Have no proper lunch timing. Whenever u go their personally u will find them chatting, even though the phone bell rings. Worst talking manner their telephone operators have. Their talking attitude is such as though they do favor by giving you gas cylinders. In emergency situation viz. leakage of Cylinders, too they don't care to take actions immediately, neither they attend phone calls of emergency. TOO POOR SERVICE
