Kashmir tour : we have good experiences from Delhi office & from Srinagar office They all were polite & helping to make our tour convenient they took lot of pain to Help us during our tour ,for mistakes done by Volvo booking agent &taxi operator at Jammu both these agents were careless & probably tried to cheat us
⢠The Quality of Car / Coach & services of drive :
Taxi at Srinagar was very nice & driver mr javed was polite & friendly
⢠Standard of Hotels : Good
At pahelgam we could not find location of hotel at night, even ur office people from Srinagar also could not find the hotel as there was no full address & as I was too late at night but ur tour operator from Srinagar & mr sushovan took lot of pain & managed our stay at some other hotel , we appreciate their efforts & r thankful to all of them pl convey our appreciation to all of them. In the morning the booked hotel was found out, was at very nice location , we enjoyed our stay there
