This is to bring to your attention that I have still not received the items that were missing from the packing list. I was informed by the packing supervisor Kailash and Marketing Officer Balveer Choudary that all the items would be delivered. When the truck was brought along with my items, most of the things were missing. Following are the list that went missing:
1. 16kg Gas Cylinder.
2. 2 pcs of Korean fur winter blankets.
3. A large orange luggage.
4. Gas stove with two burners.
5. Utensil holders.
Most importantly, the headlamp of my bike has been broken. It seems there was no point of me getting the item insured. I feel stabbed and fraud activities happening. I have already contacted your office in Kolkata with Mr. Sharma, who was present during the delivery. I don't think your company has the standards to meet the requirement of satisfactory service. Mr. Kailash and Mr.Balveer should be put in jail for fraudulent activities.

I am undergoing the process of getting my items delivered in Kolkata from Delhi. The rep in Kolkata branck is totally not trying to work with me, and is trying earn extra buck out of me. However, Mr. Balveer Singh has assured me to resolve it in my favour. Will update once I have the possession of the item.
