It has been a shocking and a painful experience for me to followup with your representatives from Kolkata and New Delhi over and over again. It has been over 15 days from the day of delivery of my items and still, I am not in receipt of my missing items. I have spoken to so many Sharmaji's both in Kolkata and New Delhi, but to my surprise, every one seems to be aware of my situation but can't help get my stuff back. I am taken aback that Mr. Balveer Choudary knowing the fact that some of items are missing, he acts to be innocent of the situation. I have requested to speak to Mr. Kailash so many times but he seems to be unavailable. Mr. Kailash is the main culprit here, to misplace my items and bring all the things into chaos. He seemed like a saint to me while packing my stuffs in New Delhi home. He assured me that all items would be mentioned on the list and it would be taken care off. I even tipped him and his helpers extra bucks. What do i get in return??? nothing, instead missing items. I had mentioned to put things into list, but he mentioned that it was late already at night and would do the remaining packing and listing in his warehouse. Please note that I have clicked photographs off all the items that were being loaded into his tempo along with them carrying it. I guess it is high time for me to contact the consumer forum or police to handle this matter in an appropriate manner. I have never dealt with this kind of situation before, but I guess everything happens for the first time. I have tried speaking to Mr. Megraj, who seems to be the boss around, however, I have never got through. Sir/madam, I have been eating food in hotels and Dhaba outside for last 15 days. I guess you would only understand my situation when you or your kids would loose items during shifting and they have no one around. Following are the items that are missing and damaged:
