I want the bill for a solitaire ring purchased in this branch via CITIBANK card. 38/39000 RS worth of diamond ring in white gold. there was some scheme at that time (oct/nov 2005) for higher purchases (some pendents were free for purchases above 15000/- , 20k, 25k, 30k, 35k, etc ). mr. Raja was the store manager (if I am not mistaken he had come from Tanishq). Please let me know what can be done. I left chennai for Gurgaon & have been trying since. Please help me asap. excellent showroom. yet to visit any shop that is so customer friendly. Even the watchman over there was so helping (used to play with my son ). I actually learned how to jewel shop in the cathedral rd centre. In fact the gold souk (gurgaon) Tanishq is not even 1/10th as good as this centre (even designs. employees are not co-operative at all).

I had shopped for nearly 2 lacs in sep/oct/nov 2005 (mainly diamonds). I was in a hurry & it was closing time, therefore I could not collect the bills.
