i am ravinder kumar jain from eE-101 chanakya place part 1,opp janak puri c1,25 foot road,i have a godrej washing machine of your shop.my product is in under warrenty period but my machine not working from last so many month.afterso many complaing ,i am not getting your single sevice.after so many calls and physical presence,i am getting your unexpected replies.so many times you said that you will provide your service in betwaan 2 and 3 days,but after all no body comes here.my complaint no is 2007108815 and csn is 131.i got messeges from you that you are anable to attend my service order because door was locked,but its impossible becouse i have a shop and house and my all family was available at my home because in the evening call you told us that next morning a service man will come at my home ,but nobodies came here,its just your meanless excu..........after all once more time i summited my complaint but result is still zero.i am a senior citizen and you make us fool from the last so many days,but why? why you dont provide us service even my product is under warrenty(garrent)period,what i will do after the warrenty period? i feel shame on your services..............i can not buy anything from there .godrej service is totally bad.......
