Yesterday (22nd Aug. 2009) I visited this store. There was a scheme runnibg on i.e. (Buy 2 get 20% discount). I opted for 1 CD set of Newyork and asked for 1 CD set of 'Oye lucky lucky oye'. At billing, I asked for this discount. By this time bill has not been generated. The person sitting at counter told me that scheme is not valid with CD of 'Oye lucky lucky oye'; that is with only DVD of 'Oye lucky lucky oye'. That was ok with me. But when I told him to give the DVD within second, he simply told me that bill has been generated and now, nothing can be done. I requested him, tried to argue but he was simply unrelenting. I don't know this is how Music World behaves with its customer. I'm writing here only because it may reach to people of Music World and to the customers also so that they may be prepared to face such situations there. Deepak kumar
