If you are planning to buy a phone in Univercell, Basavanagudi, I would suggest you to please think again. I purchased a phone here recently and it was definitely not an experience I would recommend to anyone. The persons explaining about phone were forcing to buy a phone and on top of that when I bought the phone, they did not provide me with all the accessories supposed to come with phone. And they told it is not available only after making the bill. Buying a phone should be a pleasant experience and I suggest not to go here.
