I am also facing the same kind of a problem. I bought a bed from homeart Marathahalli store. They told me that they will deliver it 4 days after we bought it. They had also promised that they would treat the ply which was there on the cot. I receieved the furniture on time but the ply was broken and it was not at all treated. I contacted the person Prasad, telling him the issues. I also told him that I am going to hold some amount of the final payment till i get a new ply. He was not at all agreeing to it. After some heated argument he agreed.
While buying the cot I asked them the length and the breadth of the cot. They told me its 5 X 6 foot. I had bought a mattress for that and thought that would fit. But when the cot came I found it to be 5 X 6.5. NOw the mattress that I bought was worth 5500 and its a total waste for me. Its the worst experience. These people can never be trusted. Please please please dont buy anything from them. I still have to argue with him for this. And I am pretty sure that nothing is going to happen.
