Despite of booking 24 hours in advance I was not given service by ezi drive. I am a new customer...got the I'd created and did my booking at the same time. I asked for a driver for Sunday evening 4:30 and I was told that I will get the driver details by 2:00 pm today. I waited till 2:30 for the said intimation but none came... Upon calling I was told that my booking is not reflecting in their systems.. I was promised call backs but nothing came...do I need to say again that ezi drive is the most unprofessional service provider in this line? Never trust them if you need to go anywhere.. One humble request to all who has had bad experiences to post their cases so that they learn to not take customers for granted...
