    I own an Aquaguard Reviva RO.I entred into a maintenance contract with Eureka Forbes through its franchise Ms. Purific Solutions,Ghaziabad (Ph. 2724798) on 10/3/2012 when the membrane cartridge was replaced .Within 2  months, the membrane cartridge went bad. This was replaced by a " company reconditioned cartridge" by the franchise  and NOT with a sealed new cartridge which they is as per Eureka Forbes's policy. Customer care head at Ghaziabad  Mr. Vipul when contacted confirmed the same thing.On 13 Aug 12 the membrane brokedown again and again it was replaced witha substandard membrane.   This is unfair to say the least -since the reconditoned cartridge can't have an equal life as a new one-for which I have made the payment.It is just meant to make even the term of contractual obligation.   I HAD SENT AN EMAIL to Dt. 15 Jun2012-06-28 but it was ignored .Letter No. EUREKA/2012/02 Rem-1 By FAX dt 28 Jun2012 NO RESPONSE Ashish Agarwal  ashishagarwal99@gmail.com K.C. 168 Kavinagar GHAZIABAD 201002 Ph 9868253688
