My relative recommended that dot cabs are doing good service. So i booked in dot cabs indica vehicle for my brother from malkajgiri to airport. i received confirmation through sms vehicle number and driver name. To my surprise, vehicle came from sky cabs and vehicle is not indica and driver also someone else than in sms. On speaking to driver, his language is not refined and he appears to be sleepless and hungry and appears in irritating mood. His dressing is not good and appears like just got up from bed and came. When i asked the driver that i booked in dot cab for indica and the vehicle you brought is from sky cab and the vehicle is not indica, when i asked his name he told satish, whereas sms says driver name is ganesh. I rang up to dot cabs, where they confirmed that dot cabs, yellow cabs, sky cabs, all are one only and they spoke to driver and afterwards told me to pay only indica charges. So i sent my brother to airport. After one hour i received call from my brother saying that driver is demanding Rs. 900/-. I told this to Dot Cabs then they told they will ring up to driver. They did not ring up, In airport my brother is in hurry for flight and on other side traffic police are pressing to remove the taxi. There is no call from Dot cabs to driver. I have never seen such a worst cab service. Better not to go for dot cabs
