They are the biggest cheaters in the world. I had availed their service to move my things and even taken their own insurance. But when I got my goods (that too after a long wait of 3 weeks) in the middle
of the night!!, they were all stuffed along with the goods of another person to be delivered elsewhere. My refrigersator, washing machine were badly damaged with bed and mattress with scrathes and stains. Most of the boxes were open with things coming out. When I asked the driver he told he is nothing to do with it and was in a hurry to go. Then when I called the person (Mr. Vijaykumar) who had come to pack in Ahmedabad he told he would ask the local guy in Lucknow and fix all that is damaged, but the local guy came and told me that it would take few more days, but never came back. By this time I had lost all my patience, so I called the Delhi head office where a person by name Mr. Dilbagh/Dilbough tried to convince me in the beginning but when I told that I did not pay all the money and insurance to get this kind of b ad service, he started using all kinds of foul language in hindi and told me that he would ask the local guy in Lucknow to not to fix any thing and also he thereatened that he would come to Lucknow and kill me.
Thank god I did not send my car with these crooks.
So, friends if you want some peace of mind PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE KAISER SERVICE.
For god's sake PLEASE do not take the service from these crooks. I had taken their service and they delivered most of my items in damaged condition and when asked they talk in the worst possible foul language and threaten. They are very sincere in getting the money before hand but service is the worst one can think of. There is a guy by name Dilbagh in Delhi office, he even threatened to kill me if he were in my house that moment.
