Well very Poorly managed place, they served me non veg side dish, even when i confirmed many times whether the side dish is veg, the waiter confirmed this is veg. When I realised, they didint say soory also, they just went and changed the dish. Later they got us 3 scoops of icecream. This is not correct at all.
This Place is very unroganised and the staff also is not trained well. I had been there for couple of months for facials and pedicure. The staff who did my gold facial completed it in 40 mins where as it was supposed to take 1 hour or so as stated in theri price list. Even the pedicure they dont do properly, The nail polish they keep are non branded and would never dry even if you sit for half an hour. They dont hve porpoer water supply , to wash my hair they filled the bucket from their bathroom and ashed my hair. It was disgusting. They had this offer where in if you get services worth 1947 , you'll get the same amount worth services free next month. I did my eyebro and upperlip threading, facial, pedicure and menicure and hair spa- all added to 1950 but they said i didnt get my eye brows and upperlip threadig done in theri saloon. The lady who sits in the reception denied, I asked them to call the attendent who didi my threading, they told that she's not available. They are the biggest cheater i have ever come acorsss. I would never visit this Naturals in JP NAgar again. They take advantage that since there's no other saloon in the area except YLG (which I havent tried). Please dont visit Naturals in JP Nagar Puttenhalli.
