I,Muhammad Salman gave my ICSE and ISC exam from St Joseph's School,North Point Darjeeling in the year 2009 and 2011 respectively. My father has changed his name from Muhammad Reyaz to Reyaz Rai through affidavit.Due to this reason,even I'm changing my name from Muhammad Salman to Salman Rai. SO is there a process to change my marksheet and other documents in this name?
