I think these reviews are being done by the VGN Developers group itslef, there are so many customers like me who are not at all happy choosing VGN for their flats Especially at VGN Platina. The construction quality and the project hand over dates are totally low. I should have got my flat by August 2012 , now I don't see if I would have my flats even at August 2013. Please don't go with these comments given here , none from VGN customers would have updated the above reviews for sure

Never Trust VGN Construction & their projects Never trust VGN Contruction with what they show in their promotional adverstisement. Their construction quality is very poor. I have been personally impacted as I had booked my flat at VGN Platina. It’s almost 2 yrs and still my project is not completed. I had to ask them to rework 2 to 3 times on my flat for the poor quality of contruction works carried out on my flat. They don’t even provide hot water provisions at a common bathroom and they say just it is beign a Budget flat we don’t provide the hot water provision. Worst Customer care team, they don’t look at customers as the people who had paid the money for the flats, with only customers money VGN is moving from Haddows Road simple building to Wallace Road to a Modern building. I was humiliated so badly by their Management team when I went to asked about the delay on my flat, certain requirement should have been provided as basic necessities which they have not provided and stating that those should be asked as customization at the earlier stage and not at last stage. During the launch of the project they don’t keep any model flat to show how the flat would look post the completeness of the project. None of the marketting team or customer care team explains either there is a scope of customization or what would be provided and what is not provided in the flat. Once you have paid the 90% of your money for the flat, you would be least considered as VGN team entirely concentrates only on the new projects that they would launch to attract few more scape goats. NEVER GO for VGN Contruction for any of your flat, Only their slogan would say as " Building better Living " " Providing Peacful Life " Never I had any better living as VGN Platina is being delayed on the project timelines, nor I had peaceful life as I have to fight for each and every quality compromises that is being done on my flat.
