Very very Bad staff, I had booked an appointment for a lot of services from waxing to body spa over a week in advance. But they were not at all prepared for my appointment, i mean they took 10 min to even give me changing gown !! Eventually after waiting for over 20 mins when i requested for some response, the staff starts shouting in a very abusive language. Plus the staff there needs to learn how to brush their teeth, Bad breath is not exactly relaxing during a facial.
