Unethical business practice. They wonât provide sellers contact even after the sale completes because they keep margin in every sale even though they collect 2% commission from the buyer and seller. I was not very familiar with this used car market hence they cheated me high time with big margin money.
If at all you finalized any car with them collect all the service records, Carâs 2nd key and any other required document before you give money to them. Because once you pay money to them they wonât respond to you for any of your queries or requirements.
In my case I just collected the car, car key, RC and Insurance. It is one year old car and they said will provide the 2nd key, manual and service records in 2 days. I made follow up for more than a month and left it. They are not responding properly and are not ready to give sellers details.
