Sir, I am resident of Boudhanagar living in my own house bearing No 12-11-1350, made a complaint to Hyderabad water and sewerage Board regarding the drinage choke in my house on 4-9-2012 vide No 9041 and made another complaint on same issue on 21-9-12 explaining the seriousness of the problem. As there are no dues from my side and paying regularly water and service charges for drainage maintenance,the concerned authority is reluctant and made me to suffer mentally and physically. As i am forced to take your shelter on the above issue, thinking that my problem will be solved legitimately. Thanking you,yours sincerely
