Limit of un-professionalism
guys, these people are not professional at all. A guy name Rajesh came to my house with the quotation saying that he was Manager at Agarwal packers and movers and because of his good reputation he has been hired by Maxwell Packers and Movers.
Despite of fact that these people might be new to the industry I asked them to send me the quotation, the one which I receive was from a gmail id and not from their official.
Next day this guy Rajesh again turned up to my home and asked me the tentative dates for the movement. I didnât give that info rather I asked him to send me the quotation from official Id.
In evening Lata from Maxwell Delhi Office called me and asked me all the details again, when I told her that I have already given all these details to Rajesh, she told me that in the evening Rajesh has entered my details in the system me as a new customer and wants to know about the charges for the transfer. I then send her the quotation that I have received from the Rajeshâs gmail id. She told me not to refer it and send me a new one with 10k more saying the diesel charges has gone up else it would had been less.
Next day Rajesh called me and his tone was very high and very abusive. He started shouting on me saying that why I have send the quotation to MAXWELL company and denied that the quotation from the Gmail Id has been sent by him. He asked me to reply back on the email saying that it was miscommunication from the other vendor.
I have told these people not to contact me in future as I have changed my plans, just to get rid of these guys. Since then Lata has called me for that ore than20 times till now trying to convenience me the Rajesh issue was just a miscommunication and I can trust these people on the work.
When I asked her about the misbehavior from Rajesh, she didnât replied anything and said Rajesh is an old employee with company and she is pretty new so cannot take any action.
I am not sure how can these people can be trusted now.
