Thank you for the feedback, Please advise me where you have been cheated, Whether Hotels (in Nainital & Corbett) shown to you with links in email and given to you in writen wasn't same as in Voucher and when explained on phone. Or if you have been promised for the mentioned Meals or nights and Days was not delivered. Please advise if your Vehical was wreck and its driver was not having proper licence or tourist token.
Departure was at 0600hrs in morning and which was delayed to 0730hrs. Whereas our vehical had reported at 0530 in morning.
Vaishali is in Ghaziabad, pickup address was of Vaishali and it is obivously driver will drive thru Ghaziabad then towards Moradabad and onwards to Kashipur then to Ram Nagar and Nainital. It is due to State tax department for Uttranchal, all vehical has to go via Kashipur. Therefore there is no other option, HAD TO GO VIA KASHIPUR.
If you take thier your own sweet time for refreshment at midway, how can driver may ask you to leave early!!!!!!!!!!!!! You took there sweet time for taking refreshments at Bikaner, which is after Gajroula in Uttarpradesh. where you spent 3hrs and which hampered rest of timming till check in at hotel. Where you reached around 1500hrs in afternoon. And with your own concense you checked in hotel at 1900Hrs.
HOTEL WHICH WAS PROVIDED TO YOU WE HAD PROVIDED ALL THE PHOTGRAPHS AND LINK WHICH WE ARE PASTING HERE AS WELL OF BOTH (HOTEL KUMAUN ROOP RESORT AND HOTEL TIGER MACHAN EVEN EXECUTIVE HAD TOLD YOU HOTEL IS IN RAM GARH WHICH 29KMS (www.roophotels.net/ / corbettmachaanresort.com)
It is impudent of you, who had first given fruit to driver, now you are saying that he took by himself, which was supposingly you had kept for yourself. Driver want to appear in front of you for the allegations you made. Neither driver asked you to put stone petal below the tier nor you put the stone petal at any place, Petals was kept by hotel staff so that vehical should not roll back since it was slop. Stones petal was never kept by you while driving the vehical uphill. He is driver with experience of 40year. He had cooperated with you when ever you required him, no one can stop in front of Zoo and no vehical is allowed on Mall road to stop. Since you told him donot leave vehical alone because, your lugagge is containing valueable items. Driver never left vehical alone and even he did not even took lunch on 2 days while he was traveling with you.
Executive did not spoke any illmanner words or uncivil word or any outrage words, rather client had spoken ungracious,despiteful and with atrocity.
Dilprit did not asked for the cash rather you had told that my cheque is not getting cleared from account and please collect the amount of Rs.20000/- from my address. later we was told to collect amount in morning by 0730hrs. as per your email dated 08May2012 in which you have admitted of cheque not getting cleared, and same time we have received email on 04may2012 in which you have sent us the screen short with payment of Rs.12000/- done thru online which is absolutely not possible, if you make payment online it gets deducted from account within second and will not return back to account unless address of beneficiary is not matching or any uncorrect information is typed. She(Dilprit) had told it is ok with Rs170/- got deducted while makeing deposite of cash in account will be payed back, but, Cheque was stopped by yourself and for which we cannot be penalized for Rs200/-( 07/05/2012 Rs.10000/- was payed deposited in cash and you got deducted from your amount, for which we had allowed Rs.170/)
You promised to gave rest of amount on 12/05/2012. But you made Rs1000/- on 14/05/2012 and then driver asked you in lobby on 14/05/2012, he was asking again and again, because it was him to make payment for diesel and other thing and since then you started making all accusations, sluring and stigma. Calamity, adversity agony, which is aggravation it all was created by your own karmas. Where as we had given you for comfort and delight............
Please advise which service from any of the written or promised services was not delivered.
