After 7.5 years, I finally got up the nerve to get back into dance class. I found ACDA due to its great yelp reviews and decided to buck up and go to the first class I could. I got home about an hour ago and I am loving the endorphins that I have been missing these last 7.5 years! It was the perfect amount of challenge. There were all likes of people in the class but you could tell everyone had some sort of dance experience. We did a 30-40 minute warm-up, a short across-the-floor, and then a routine. It wasn't the hardest class I have ever taken but I was definitely sweating by the end of it. It was definitely a good class for getting back into the game and after a few more classes at this level, I am hoping to see if Studio A has a more advanced class. Parking was easy, there is open street parking across the street I will definitely be a part of ADCA 4r ever as possible ;-)
