This is with reference to our visit to your dealerâs showroom Torrent Motors Pvt. Ltd. at Andheri west.
We are prospective buyer of Sunny Nissan XV. We have obtained the details of the Vehicle on Friday after discussion with Ms. Priyanka. The detail quote was also provided by her and also she has promised us Test drive by Friday Evening. However she could not arrange the same by Sunday afternoon. So we called her at 5.30 pm from borivali and asked her about test drive to finalize the car.
We reached the showroom after telephonic confirmation received from Ms. Priyanka Hajare at 6pm dtd. 28th oct 2012 to have test drive before 7pm. As per her instruction we reached the showroom at 6.50 pm.
The staff of torrent told us that the showroom is closed and they did not allow us for test drive.
Mr. Ajay Gaur(ASM âsales ) is very arrogant and did not receive us properly. He denied us at the reception table giving false reason that already 7.30 PM has been passed and the staff will not attain us. He misbehaved with us and also challenged us for action against him.The overall experience was very worst and poor. Mr. Neel also did not speak to us properly. He told us that Ms. Priyanka has made mistake and they will not allow us for the test drive.
The response from dealer was horrible. Considering the Nissan Brand, we would expect that some action should be taken against the dealer so that in future customer will not be suffered due to false commitment and misbehaviour.
Also we request you to provide some other dealer in Mumbai to buy the above car.
