Useless! Disgusting! Would be by rating for Touch Service Centre, Noida. For a simple intermittent booting problem, they asked me to change the motherboard worth Rs. 4500. When I refused they charged me Rs. 550 for 'service charges'. As an Electronics engineer I can understand that this was a simple Dry solder/ Bad capacitor in the booting track that was creating problem. This type of response was not expected out of an OEM support system.
