Absolutely incompetent and dis-honest. I sent my car (2 years, 37000km old Innova) first time out of dealership trusting their brand-name. Here is what all went wrong: 1. Aggressive Cross selling- Pushed me to get a engine "decarbonization" done. I trusted and said ok. Cost Rs. 1600 and no perceived benefit I can make out. Just service and this cost Rs. 5400...even higher than dealership 2. When car returned and I tried to restart it- it would not....open bonnet to see water all over..apparently I was chrged to fill distilled water in the battery which was maintenance free....and some idiot overfilled it 3. Depsite calling and explaining everything the service guy and the CRM lady say it was my fault and teh battery had arrived "dry"...whicch is impossible since the card was starting and running fine before it went to carnation So in effect I paid another rs. 4500 for a new battery myself for a fault that was clearly carnation.....on top of an expensive service .....never going to go back again...and implore all of you to avoid ....if in doubt see reviews elsewhere like team bhp etc. also (whkich I saw later)
