One of the worst customer service I ever come across. I bought a FZ16 last month (OCT 2012) and they made me wait 4 hours for the delivery. I dont want to complaint that but they are yet to give me the manual and service book. I could not do my first service bcoz of that. I visited them at least 5 times for that and they are yet to respond. Anyway the bike is really a good one but I dont recommend this branch anyone for .........
