I used their services to shift from Delhi to Bombay. The most deplorable services ever.
Irreparable damages to all wooden, stone and glass items. All wooden furniture arrived with wood boring ants. Unimaginably, they managed to break every wooden item we had. Other than 100% payment in advance, we were coerced into 3-4K baksheesh during loading at Delhi and offloading goods in Mumbai. Service levels are deplorable with poor staff quality. After several complaints, they sent their surveyor to inspect the damages. Despite several damages accepted by their own surveyor, the service person called Lalit Mishra (a very dishonorable professional) tells me that he doesnât want to listen to me and that I should be listening to him, he will not pay the money and I could do whatever I want. He goes on to say that they have 4 lawyers in mumbai who are idle, and need work so I can go fly a kite. This idiot whose salary we customers pay refuses to acknowledges what his own surveyor said about the damages. He refuses to pay the insured value against damages. Says he will pay only 30% of the value insured against each item.
When I complained again on their facebook page, ( http://www.facebook.com/AgarwalPackersandMoversLtd) the chickens and rats of Agarwal mumbai office could not handle handle my criticism and removed the comment without trying to find details and helping out. Demonstrates their level of customer service.
