they are just there to cheat people. i bought a tv from vijay sales pune station branch. it's not been working since the moment it was installed. the company technician came and declader the tv faulty. when asked for the REPLACEMENT first the vijay sales ppl refused to except the tv to b faulty and then acted like they are doing us a favour if and when the tv will b replace.
