Requirements
 A bachelorâs degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent qualification.
 Good communication skill & fluent in English ( 4 skills)
 At least 8 years of relevant experience in property management and leasing of retail mall.
 Strong ability to lead a team of professionals of vast experience.
Responsibilities
 Carried out supervisory responsibilities ( participating in interview, hiring, performance review, training & development of staffs)
 To direct the preparation of short and long range plans and budgets based on corporate goals and growth objectives.
 To manage the daily operations & programs of the centers.
 To prepare and ensure the profitability of the asset.
 To prepare the annual budget, formulating business plans and rolling out of leasing & marketing strategies.
 To ensure that the rental income and occupancy of the properties are maximized while managing relationships with tenants through tenantâs incentive programs.
