I must have dialed Living Style customer service 65268585 at leat 10 time, either nobody picks up and it keeps ringing or it comes engage. called another number (I think store number) and requested they call me giving my phone number...the wait has been an hour let us see when they will call...will keep you all posted ....Any suggestion to avoid frustration???
We had a bad experience with the Living in Style (Goregoan). We purchase a three unit leather sofa set costing more than
50, 000/- rupees. Within 6 months leather of one of the unit (ONE SEATER) started pealing off. They supplied us with low quality product. When I went with a complain to Mr Mohsin bhai to replace a unit explaining that one does not expect to pay such high price and get a low quality product and requested to replace or repair the unit it was to my amazement that not only was he rude but he kept saying there is no garuntee (for such high cost product!) and I was shocked when he said we have to pay for the work. I have written an email to Living in Style explaining them the importance of customer service and hope the management of Living in style takes appropriate step if not I will keep you all posted (good or bad) and then you decide is it worth doing business with the store. Because I am sure there will be people with good experience but there will be some people who have had experience like us...because we definetly feel cheated at this moment. As per Mohsin bhai everyhing falls under the word gaurentee...and there is no parallel to it in terms of cost of the product and the customer service for the customer . In mean time just think about would you purchase a sofa set for more than Rs. 50, 000/00 to be used for 6 months only? If your answer is NO I would need your help to solve my problem with Living in Style without any cost to us. Hope you all will support me.
