I had purchased a pair of shoes from your shop at a Rajouri Garden Mall, New Delhi some months back. However I took out these on 1st Dec., 2012 to use for the first time on a family function. Within 4-5 days of use only the upper is showing cut marks. The sole is also coming out from the upper portion. I had thought I bought a branded shoe. What can I do? (I dont keep the cashmemos).
